Emily Day

USA National Beach Volleyball Player

About

EMILY DAY

Age: 30 years old

Height: 6’1’’
Wing Span: 6’4’’
Approach Touch: 10’

“You can have all the skill in the world but if you don’t show up every day ready to put in the work, you are destined to fail. That isn’t an issue for Emily Day. Watch Emily on the court even for one game and her skills are obvious, but watch her during what some call the “off season” and you’ll see that she shows up every day ready to work. This isn’t to say that Emily doesn’t have challenges. In fact the third tier to her success is her ability to acknowledge them, and in staying consistent, working to overcome them. In fact, her vulnerabilities may be the most difficult for her, but can’t the same be said for many of us? Emily isn’t just a pro beach volleyball player, she is an example. She is an example of what having dedication to your desire can produce. Wake up, show up, and strive to be the best version of you that you can. She knows that just like her you will hit road bumps along the way, but if you put your head down and do the work, you will succeed.”
